Schedule of Services
- The five areas of consulting services may run parallel,
as the technical assistance can be provided in one or more
areas simultaneously.
- To provide the consulting service in an orderly manner,
it is necessary to have full collaboration of the
technical staff in the relevant departments, especially leaf
blending, processing, cigarette manufacturing, product development,
sensory testing, quality assurance and marketing.
- Depending on which area(s) the client needs technical assistance,
the service can be covered over the period of time that is
deemed necessary to do the job in a professional manner.
- It is recommended that Consultant make an exploratory visit,
during which a strategic plan is discussed and agreed upon,
specifying the required areas of service and a time schedule
to reach objective(s) in a timely manner.
